Ltd. BMT, IMT, VO1 Trust and VO2 Trust entered into several service agreements in relation to the management of the trusts and their property operations. The property management fees and management fees payable are as stipulated in Note 1.1 and Note 1.2 respectively. The trustee fees of BMT and IMT are based on sum as may be agreed between parties for the provision of trustee services, until the earlier of the removal or resignation of the respective trustees, and the termination of respective trusts, in each case, in accordance with the respective trust deeds. Brilliance Trustee Pte. Ltd. as trustee of BMT and JG Trustee Pte. Ltd. as trustee of IMT are also entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of their duties under their respective trust deeds. The trustee fees are payable annually in arrears.
