OBJECTIVE: To develop a high-performance work culture that embraces diversity and teamwork As a CapitaLand Investment (CLI)-sponsored REIT, CICT is managed externally bywholly owned subsidiaries of CapitaLand which include the Manager (CICTML) and PropertyManagers who oversee the daily property operations. The Manager and Property Managers are responsible for the Trust, property and portfolio operations of CICT, and their respective teams are identified as employees of the Trust. Leveraging CapitaLand’s integrated human capital strategy, CICT recruits, develops and motivates employees. Key performance indicators for employees are in place and aligned with the business. The total employee headcount for 2022 was 598 (2021: 646). CICT’s employee profile is shown below.
