Paid paternity leave is also granted to male employees. 12 male employees took paternity leave during the year. Employee Engagement CICT supports opportunities for management- employee engagements to foster a vibrant and productive workforce. Employees can highlight issues and feedback through various channels such as the staff communication session, which allows BUs and CICT’s CEO and management team to update employees on the Trust’s business results and operational performance and to address any work concerns. Another platform is the CapitaLand intranet, which updates employees on the Group’s latest developments, employment policies, benefits, corporate governance and ethics. All new hires are required to undergo an orientation programme that assimilates them to CapitaLand’s business operations, strategy, core values and management philosophy.
