CMT’s portfolio of 16 quality shopping malls is well
diversified in the suburban areas and downtown core
of Singapore. The portfolio comprises Tampines
Mall, Junction 8, Funan DigitaLife Mall, IMM Building,
Plaza Singapura, Bugis Junction, Sembawang
Shopping Centre, JCube, Raffles City Singapore
(40.00% interest), Lot One Shoppers’ Mall, 90 out
o f 91 s t r a t a l o t s i n Buk i t Pan j ang P l a z a ,
The Atrium@Orchard, Clarke Quay, Bugis+, Westgate
(30.00% interest) and Bedok Mall.
Majority of the shopping malls are well connected
to public transportation nodes such as mass rapid
transit (MRT) / light rail transit (LRT) stations and bus
interchanges. They are strategically located either
in areas with large population catchments or within
Singapore’s popular shopping and tourist destinations.
The Manager continues to strive to ensure that each
shopping mall in CMT’s portfolio optimises its financial
performance, strengthens its market position as the
leading mall serving its community, as well as provides
the ideal shopping experience for its shoppers.
This is achieved through a combination of active
tenant remixing, asset enhancements, stringent mall
maintenance standards as well as unique mall-centric
marketing and promotional activities.
