About CICT

CapitaLand Limited held, through its subsidiaries, about 28.89% stake in CICT as at 23 February 2021.
To demonstrate its commitment to CICT and alignment of interest with CICT unitholders, CapitaLand Limited held a stake in CICT.
According to The Central Depository (S) Pte Ltd, CICT has approximately 54,770 registered Unitholders as at 23 February 2021. CapitaLand Limited held, through its subsidiaries, 28.89% of the units in CICT, while BlackRock, Inc held 5.40% as at 23 February 2021. Please refer to CICT’s announcements on SGXNet for updates.

Financials

CICT is committed to distribute 100% of its taxable income annually.
As announced on 6 January 2021 and effective from financial year 2021, CICT make distributions on a half-yearly basis going forward.
The Manager of CICT will conduct property valuation on an annual basis unless otherwise required.

Fees payable by CICT are as follows:

Asset management fee: Comprises base fee of 0.25% per annum of Deposited Property and a performance fee of 4.25% per annum of net property income.

Property management fee payable to the property manager: CICT 2.00% per annum of the gross revenue of the properties, 2.00% per annum of the net property income of the properties; and 0.50% per annum of the net property income of the property, in lieu of leasing commissions.

Trustee's fee - a maximum of 0.10% per annum of the Deposited Property (subject to a minimum sum of S$15,000 per month).
