(i) the issue of a total 21,682,975 new units of CMT to CMTML, the manager of CMT at a total consideration of approximately S$42.5 million in payment of management fees for each quarter from 9 November 2007 to 28 October 2011;

(ii) the issue of a total of 446,129,046 new units of CMT on 2 April 2009 to Albert Complex Pte Ltd ("ACPL"), Pyramex Investments Pte Ltd ("PIPL"), Premier Healthcare Services International Pte Ltd ("PHSL") and CMTML at a total subscription price of approximately S$365.8 million in subscription for 9 rights units for every 10 existing units held of CMT;

(iii) sale of a total of 9,000,000 units of CMT by CMTML at a total consideration of approximately S$16.9 million from 23 March 2010 to 27 April 2011; and

(iv) the issue of 1,432,312 new units on 2 August 2010 and 1,696,034 new units of CMT on 28 October 2011 to CMTML at a total consideration of approximately S$5.7 million in payment of acquisition fees for the acquisition of Clarke Quay and Jurong Gateway site respectively.

As CMTML, ACPL, PIPL and PHSL are subsidiaries of CL, CL is deemed to be interested in the above units.
