DBSH, CL and KCL are associated companies of Temasek. Temasek is deemed by section 7(4A) of the Companies Act to have an interest in Units in which DBSH, CL and KCL have an interest. Accordingly, Temasek has a deemed interest in 954,816,376 Units (29.98%) comprising all Units in which DBSH, KCL and CL have interests as of 28 April 2011. Temasek became aware of the change in percentage level of its deemed interest in Units on 6 May 2011. |
