DBSH, CL and KCL are associated companies of Temasek. Temasek is deemed by section 7(4A) of the Companies Act to have an interest in Units in which DBSH, CL and KCL have an interest. Accordingly, Temasek has a deemed interest in 954,773,164 Units (29.98%) comprising all Units in which DBSH, KCL and CL have interests as at 25 March 2011.
