There has been no change in the actual number of units held by Pyramex Investments Pte Ltd. The change in the percentage level is due to the issue of 2,456,490 new units in CMT to CapitaMall Trust Management Limited, the Manager of CMT, as management fee.

The overall direct and deemed interest of CapitaLand Limited in CMT units has increased from 29.59% to 29.7%.
