Retail Property Manager
-
Kareen is responsible for the profitability of the Trust. Essentially
this involves overseeing the group services and centre managers
with a view to maximising rental income and minimising expenses.
This, in part, is achieved through active asset management and leveraging
on the economies of scale derived across the CapitaLand Retail Management
(CRM) portfolio.
Retail Group Leasing Manager
-
Selena oversees all the leasing activities of CMT’s assets. These
include lease administration, key tenant relationships and implementation
of the leasing strategy relating to tenancy mix. She oversees the
leasing and renewals in the malls to ensure gross rental income
meets or exceeds the budget and achieves optimal occupancy rates.
Medium to short term asset enhancement plans and strategic marketing
plans are also part of her key functions.
Group Marketing Communications
Manager -
Therese is responsible for attracting shoppers to the CMT malls
and driving tenants’ sales turnover. This is largely achieved through
extensive advertising and promotions, events and public relations.
She is also focused on delivering non-traditional income, which
has proven to be an area of significant opportunity across the malls.
Group Technical Services
Manager -
Ibrahim works closely with consultants to implement the optimisation
of equipment. He specialises in preventive and predictive maintenance
planning and procurement of term contracts. He has conducted several
energy conservation exercises and audits.
Group Tenancy Coordination
Manager -
Kia Sing’s primary responsibility includes the review and approval
of designs for all tenants in shopping malls under CapitaLand. He
also develops retail design and merchandising guidelines to which
tenancy designs are to comply with. His other involvement includes
asset enhancement initiatives development and feasibility studies
for the shopping malls.
Centre Managers of CMT
Malls -
They are the Centre Managers of Tampines Mall, Junction 8,
Funan The IT Mall and IMM Building respectively. Their main responsibility
is the operational and financial performance of the malls they manage.
This involves developing and delivering the respective malls’ business
plans and budgets.
